FLT / Counterbalance FLT Drivers

We are a recruitment agency currently seeking FLT Drivers and Counterbalance FLT Drivers for temporary, ongoing, and long-term roles with our clients in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing located in Telford

.

Pay rate: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour

Job type: Agency / temporary work

Shifts: Various shifts available (days, nights, rotating)

Duties

• Operate FLT and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently (up to 7 tonnes)
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods
• Carry out daily forklift safety checks
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site rules
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work as part of a team to meet operational demands

Requirements

• Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (up to 7t)
• Licence must be RTITB, ITSSAR, or AITT accredited
• Certification must have been taken or refreshed within the last 3 years
• Previous FLT experience in a warehouse, factory, or site environment
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work shifts
