GDSM Recruitment is hiring an experienced Traffic Marshall / Banksman for a busy logistics site in West Drayton. This is a long-term opportunity with a permanent role after 13 weeks.

Key Duties:

• Direct vehicle movements safely on site
• Guide reversing and tight manoeuvres
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff
• Enforce site safety procedures
• Monitor and report hazards
• Support yard operations during busy periods

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Banksman (Traffic Marshall) Ticket
• Experience in yard, logistics, or site environments
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
